UNCG Leadership Framework Detailed Descriptions

 

This chart provides a detailed synopsis of the learning expectations of the 8 leadership competencies which describe a UNCG leader. It is meant to be used as resource/ road map for those who are developing or re-directing a leadership education program. Student will not be able to develop all these skills, but this chart provides a starting point for the student, coach, and / or leadership educator/trainer to determine what is most important for his/her needs and the needs of the program.
