Welcome to the home page of the Martial Arts Club (MAC). Our purpose is to spread the knowledge of the Martial Arts to all participants, motivate them to do their best to exercise, give an understanding of the culture, share in opportunities to interact with other practitioners, learn how to discipline the body and mind, increase flexibility, agility, stamina and most of all have fun.
Our vision is that as you participate in scheduled activities (practices) you will be engaging in body and mind conditioning techniques that builds self-confidence, improves self control that are both emotionally and physically fulfilling.
